Service scope
We facilitate Wafid (GAMCA) medical appointment bookings for GCC destinations including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, and UAE. Our services include matching you to an GCC-listed medical center, generating the token/QR slip from the Wafid portal, sharing reminders, and assisting with rescheduling where policy allows.
We do not issue visas, medical results, or fitness certificates. All medical assessments and final decisions remain with the panel-listed clinic and destination authorities. Content on this site is informational and may change with updated GCC rules.

User responsibilities
You must provide accurate passport details, visa category, sponsor city, and contact information. Incorrect or incomplete data can lead to rejection, delays, or new token fees. Ensure your passport has at least six months validity and bring original documents and photos to the clinic.
You are responsible for arriving before the reporting window. Traffic buffers are recommended, especially in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan, Faisalabad, and Gujranwala.

Payments, fees, and receipts
Coordination and portal fees cover token generation and reminders. Clinic medical charges are paid directly at the medical center unless stated otherwise. After payment, we issue digital receipts showing the fee and booking reference.
Prices can vary by city, urgency, and destination. The confirmed 2025 rate shared before payment is the authoritative amount for your booking.

Rescheduling, cancellations, and expired tokens
Rescheduling is permitted only before the clinic cutoff and subject to availability. If you miss the appointment or the token expires, a new token with a new fee may be required.
If the clinic changes your slot, we will assist with a new time at no extra coordination cost. Policies differ by clinic and country; we will inform you of any additional charges beforehand.
Communication and consent
You consent to being contacted via WhatsApp, phone, and email for booking updates, reminders, and payment confirmations. Ensure the contact details you provide remain reachable until your medical visit is completed.
For family or group bookings, the primary contact is responsible for informing all members about timing, documents, and any changes shared by our coordinators.
Accuracy of information
We strive to keep country and clinic rules updated, but requirements can change without notice. Always review the reminders we send with your token. If instructions differ from older website content, the latest reminder takes priority.
Liability limits
We are not liable for visa outcomes, medical fitness results, clinic delays, or costs arising from incorrect information provided by you. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for coordination services. We do not cover travel, lodging, or opportunity costs linked to appointment changes.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Pakistan. Any disputes should first be raised via the listed contact channels. We aim to resolve issues amicably; failing that, disputes may be settled in the competent courts of Pakistan.
