Clinic verification guide

GAMCA Medical Centers

We route every Wafid (GAMCA) booking to a center listed on the portal, matching your sponsor city and travel window. Use the verification steps below to confirm the clinic name on your QR slip. If you need a quick check for Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Doha, Riyadh, or Dubai routes, message the booking desk for the latest list.

See updated fee structure.

How to verify on the Wafid website

Always confirm the clinic name on your QR slip matches the Wafid list before you travel. This prevents surprises at entry and keeps your report aligned with embassy requirements.

  1. Open the Wafid portal (wafid.com) and go to “Medical Examinations.”
  2. Select your applicant country (Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, etc.) and choose the destination country.
  3. Pick the city/region; the listed medical centers appear with names and addresses.
  4. Match the clinic name on the QR slip we send with the list before arriving.
  5. Save a screenshot or print the address and map pin for smoother entry on appointment day.

Saudi Arabia (KSA)

Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam clinics remain the busiest. Slots close early in the week, so share your sponsor city to align with the right panel clinic.

  • Morning windows fill first; book early in the week for best choice.
  • Carry vaccination or chest X-ray history if applicable.
  • Families should request consecutive slots to stay together.

Qatar

Doha and Al Khor options appear on the Wafid list. Share your workplace area for a closer clinic and quicker entry.

  • Peak hours: early morning; plan buffer for parking.
  • Bring printed QR and passport; digital only is not accepted at some clinics.
  • If driving from outside Doha, allow extra time for traffic checks.

United Arab Emirates (UAE)

UAE medicals use embassy-aligned panels, not Wafid. We still follow the same verification flow and share Dubai/Abu Dhabi panel options.

  • Dubai Health Authority and Abu Dhabi clinics require prior booking.
  • Print confirmations; some centers need hard copies for triage.
  • Overseas applicants can pay online and receive reminders in their time zone.

Oman

Muscat, Sohar, and Salalah centers are steady throughout the week. Share your sponsor city to avoid mismatched routes.

  • Hydration reminders are important for morning lab work.
  • If you are flying in, align arrival with an afternoon slot.
  • Carry cash or card as some labs have mixed payment options.

Kuwait

Kuwait routes move quickly once documents are verified. We confirm clinic names from the live Wafid list before issuing the token.

  • Confirm your sponsor city to avoid rebooking.
  • Check if fasting is requested; rare but possible.
  • Keep your phone on for OTP and clinic calls.

Best practices before visiting a center

  • Print the QR slip and keep a digital copy on your phone.
  • Arrive 15–20 minutes early; some clinics batch applicants by hour.
  • Carry cash and card—payment methods can vary by clinic.
  • Keep your phone reachable for OTP verification and clinic calls.
  • Tell us if you have prior reports so we can alert the clinic if needed.

If a clinic changes your slot, we will reschedule and send a fresh QR slip.

Frequently asked center questions

How do I verify a GAMCA/Wafid medical center?

Use the Wafid portal: visit wafid.com, choose Medical Examinations, pick your country, and select the city to view the panel clinics listed there. Match the clinic name on your QR slip with the list before traveling.

Can I change the medical center after getting a token?

Clinic changes are only possible before the token is finalized. Tell us early if you want a different city or center so we can reopen the calendar and reassign your slot without delays.

Are UAE medicals handled through Wafid?

UAE visa medicals are outside Wafid, but we still align you with embassy-aligned panels in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or Sharjah. The booking process and reminders are similar to Wafid routes.

What should I carry to the medical center?

Bring your original passport, printed QR slip, two recent white-background photos, and any vaccination or medical history if requested. Arrive 15–20 minutes early to avoid rebooking.
