Refund eligibility

Refunds are assessed only before the Wafid token is generated. After issuance, portal and coordination fees become non-refundable because the service has been delivered and the QR slip produced.

Requests must include your token ID, payment proof, and reason for cancellation. Missing details may delay assessment.

Rescheduling instead of refund

If your plans change, rescheduling is usually faster and cheaper than canceling. We coordinate with the clinic to move you to the next available window before the cutoff.

If your token expires because of a missed slot, a new token and fee may be required. Contact us early to avoid this scenario.

Processing timeline

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 working days. International cards or bank transfers may need additional clearance time.

We will share a confirmation once the refund is initiated. Your bank or provider controls final posting times.

Non-refundable scenarios

Tokens already issued, missed appointments, or incorrect data provided by the applicant are generally non-refundable. Portal and coordination work cannot be reversed once performed.

Chargebacks without prior discussion may lead to account review and service denial for future bookings.

Proof and verification

Provide clear payment receipts, transaction references, and your token ID to verify the request. For cash deposits, share the stamped slip. For online transfers, attach the transaction screenshot.

Country and city considerations

Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan, Faisalabad, and Gujranwala clinics may have different reschedule policies. We will inform you of any clinic-specific costs before confirming a change or refund.

If you switch to another city or sponsor, a fresh token is usually required with a new fee. We can minimize delays by canceling the original request promptly when eligible.
