Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, and Kuwait require a GAMCA/Wafid token before you can enter their medical centers listed on Wafid. UAE is not on GAMCA but still needs embassy-aligned medical booking; we share UAE-specific guidance separately.

Can I walk in without a GAMCA token?

No. Panel clinics only accept applicants with a valid token and QR slip. Walk-ins are turned away to keep queues controlled and results properly logged for embassies.

Who issues the GAMCA/Wafid token?

Tokens are generated through the Wafid portal. We collect your documents, validate details, pay the portal fee on your behalf, and generate the QR-coded slip you present at the clinic.

How long is a GAMCA token valid?

Will I get a receipt?

Do clinics accept walk-ins with a token?

Tokens are appointment-based. Some clinics may accept same-day arrivals within your time window, but it is safer to follow the assigned slot to avoid rejection.

What if the clinic asks for extra documents?

How many times can I reschedule?

Do I pay again if I reschedule?

Can an expired token be reactivated?
